Community Access Support in Brisbane

Tibii provides NDIS community access support across Brisbane for people with disability who want to get out, explore, and be active in their community. Whether it is joining a group, going shopping, visiting a park, or learning a new skill, we are here to make it happen.

What Is Community Access?

Community access is about helping people with disability participate in everyday life outside the home. It is NDIS-funded support that removes barriers and gives you the confidence to engage with the world around you — socially, recreationally, and practically.

What We Support You With

• Social activities: Joining clubs, groups, classes, and events in Brisbane
• Shopping and errands: Going to the shops, markets, and running everyday errands
• Recreation: Parks, beaches, cafes, cinemas, sporting events, and more
• Transport assistance: Help getting to and from activities safely

Our Approach

We start by understanding what you enjoy, what you would like to try, and what your goals are. Then we work with you to build a plan of activities and outings that fits your interests and schedule. Our support workers are friendly, encouraging, and focused on helping you have a great time while building independence.

Community access works well alongside personal care and CALD support. We can combine services to make sure you have the right support at home and in the community.
